For over 45 years Inter-County Floor Sanding has been providing quality service and professionalism to thousands of Long Island customers in both Nassau county and Suffolk county. As a full service hardwood floor contracting company, we were founded in 1963 with customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of our work ethic.

 

After our initial founding we were incorporated in New York State in 1965, with Mr. Gary Stanfield presiding as the presidential corporate officer.

Upon Gary's retirement in 2003, his son assumed full ownership of Inter-County Floor Sanding, and it has been operated by Mr. Brian Stanfield since that time.

 

We became registered with the NYS Division of Corporations in 1965, under the name INTER-COUNTY FLOOR MAINTENANCE, INC. and given a NYS Sales Tax Certificate of Authority.
